NICU Family Advisory Council
The NICU Family Advisory Council is a volunteer group of former NICU parents who are dedicated to improving the experiences of current NICU families in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC. Donations to this group are used to help host holiday and special events in the NICU, as well as to purchase items to help brighten and enrich the NICU stay for patients and families.
Currently the NICU Family Advisory Council is raising money to renovate the NICU's pumping room, with the goal of creating a warm and inviting space for NICU moms to do the challenging and important job of providing nutrition for their premature or sick babies.
